I have to say, I bought the Santa Sauce for the name because how could I not? I knew it wouldn't disappoint, but d*mn! It blew me away (badum tss). Upon first opening the bag, I got heavy, dark, spicy chocolate notes; so much so that I went to my spice rack and grabbed my smoked ancho chile powder. Definitely thinking Mexican chocolate or mole sauce. Santa Fah King nailed it with this blend. It warms the cockles of this Baer's heart.
Immediately after submitting this review, I am purchasing another bag. THAT'S how Fah King good this is!
